Forest Contract first supplied Epic Apart Hotel in 2013 furnishing 13 apartments from top to bottom. Floor plans and room layouts had already been agreed between the client and design agency, and a colour scheme was already in place. The client however wanted to be hands on with the furniture and furnishings selection, and made the short trip from Liverpool to Manchester to view our contract furniture showroom.
Offering over 1000 different leathers and fabrics, colours and textures can make choosing the right combination difficult, but with contract furniture on display, and with the help of one of the sales team the choice was quickly made.
The project was started and completed with eight weeks, and included a number of bespoke Tiffany Modular Corner units in our Lionella Bronze Faux Leather range, and luxury three seater sofa beds, with exposed hardwood plinths and arm caps.
A mixture of traditional and contemporary tub chairs selected for the bedrooms, with the Rebecca side chair used in the dining area sat around bespoke manufactured tables one for each apartment. The signature piece being bespoke manufactured banquette seating exclusively made for the penthouse.
Overall the colour scheme of purples, creams and greys worked well to create a chic and modern vibe for the hotel.
The contract team was happy to hear that Epic Apart Hotel was being expanded in March 2015 and pleased that again Forest Contract has been selected as the partner of choice.
