A premium, high-profile hospitality venue located at one of the UK’s circuit. Forest Contract was appointed to manufacture and supply a striking arrangement of high-end, bespoke banquette seating to anchor the venue’s luxury dining and viewing areas.
Our brief was to deliver a seating solution that matched the prestigious, contemporary aesthetic of the venue while offering exceptional comfort and durable performance for high-capacity race day crowds.
The Brief
Working from detailed architectural and technical layout drawings provided by the client, our manufacturing team was tasked with producing a high-impact seating configuration that needed to:

Our Manufacturing & Design Approach
Rather than utilizing standard modular components, this project demanded an entirely bespoke engineering approach to perfectly fit the unique architecture of the space. Manufacturing directly from the client’s precision drawings allowed us to execute complex curved returns and extensive straight runs without requiring a prolonged site-measure phase.
Creating a Premium, Contemporary Hospitality Interior
The custom specification focused heavily on deep textures, premium British manufacturing, and contrasting rich timber elements:

Fluted Back Styling & Sewn Seating Details To create a sense of movement and luxury, the seating features a striking, vertically fluted back design complemented by matching sewn fluted seat details. This texture provides an unmistakable upscale aesthetic, visible from every angle of the venue as shown in

High-Performance Commercial Upholstery The seating was upholstered in premium Panaz Harvard (925 Putty) fabric. This elegant woven fabric provides a soft, warm neutral tone that offsets the venue’s darker elements. Critically for the hospitality sector, this fabric is inherently stain-resistant and CRIB 5 certified for commercial fire safety.

Solid Oak Framing & Veneer Finish For ultimate durability at the end of rows, we crafted and installed solid oak end caps and panels. These structural timber pieces, along with the matching oak veneer kickboards, were treated with a sophisticated dark oak/walnut stain to ground the seating within the overall interior color scheme.
