Epic Liverpool Serviced Apartments & Hotel

Epic Liverpool is the brand leader in the growing apart hotel sector, providing customers with a luxurious alternative to city centre hotels.

Forest Contract was first approached by a representative of the company in 2014 on the premise of designing a variety of furniture to service their various apartment suites at both their Seel Street & Duke Street locations. For this project, Epic Liverpool approached Forest Contract with a variety of detailed floor plans, illustrations and a clear idea of what they were looking to achieve. For their very first order, Simon from Epic Liverpool attended a variety of showroom meetings in order to discuss the project; product styles; upholstery requirements and the bespoke furniture that would be fitted to the various apartment suits. Producing a variety of high quality, great looking products to help represent the venues luxury branding was key. With two large manufacturing facilities in the Northwest of England, Epic Liverpool knew that Forest Contract could make the bespoke requirements that they were looking to achieve.

With short lead times to get the products designed, manufactured and installed, Chris from our sales team was excited to see our furniture, including our hotel corner sofa executed in this luxury venue. A variety of bespoke Tiffany Sofa beds were used to make up the bulk of the order for the apartments, with 45 Rebecca Side Chairs used throughout the various dining spaces.

With around 15 different apartments to service across the two locations, Chris talks about his role on this job, “Simon first approached Forest Contract in 2015 with a clear idea of what he was looking to achieve. With a variety of bespoke changes he wanted to make, I was pleased to tell Simon that all of our furniture is produced here in our dedicated factories, meaning we can make a variety of bespoke changes to our products, and even make bespoke products upon request. This was a rather large job to work on, and I’m really pleased to say it all went really smoothly.”
